FACTS ESTABLISHED AT COURT.

In an action, the cause of which was flagrant minute of Sander and Sons' firm name and other gross misrepresentations by an imitating company, which was tried before hi« Honor Chief Justice j. Madoen, Iv.C.M.G., LL.D., in the Supreme Court, at Melbourne, the prosecution showed : — 1.
