OFFICIAL REASONS. (Received Decembed'2l, 8.21 a.m.) LONDON, December 20. A Parliamentary paper gives the House of Lords' official reasons for insisting on the amendments to the Education Bill. They do not admit that these contradict the principles of the Bill, or alter its character beyond ser curing the parents' rights and the ! teachers' freedom and just treatment j in denominational schools. j
