THE ENGLISH TEAM.
[Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, December 7. The English cricket team are practising on. the Wellington College grounds. On their first appearance the pupils assembled and gave three cheers, which, were highly appreciated. The visitors were entertained at luncheon at the Wellington Club by Mr H. D. Bell, and to-night will be the guests of the Governor. The team will leave for Rotor ua to-morrow morning.
