The Wellington " Pest " states that Mr Sim, of Dunedin, is to be the n°ew Judge of the Arbitration Court. Mtllle Dolores left for the south by the second express this morning. Mr A. H. Smith, Chicago, arrived in Christ-church this morning. Mr William Nisbet, formerly chief engineer in the Union Steamship Company's service, and well known in Lyttelton where he has resided for a number or years, left by the Athenic from Wellington yesterday for an extended tour of the United Kingdom and the Continent.
