PARIS, December 6.
Hirueoiii Fleres, au Italian banker at Paris, has been arrested for defrauding Prince Frederick Hohenlohe of £16,000 in connection with bogus shares in a Chinese syndicate. Other members of the aristocracy lost £400,000.
