CIVIL SESSIONS
The Civil sessions of the Supreme Court will be opened on Monday before his Honor Mr Justice Demueton. The following cases are set down : — (Bofoie his Honor and a special jury of twelve.) Brit-tain (Mr Beswick) v. Cleveland Bridge and Engineering Company, Limited (Mr Dougall), claim £1500 damages tor broach of agreement. (Before his Honor and a common jury of twelve.) Luxton (Mr Hill) v. Morrall (Mr Johnston), claim £507 7s 5d and ielease of mortgage. (Before his Honor and a common juvy » of four.) Thomson (Mr Vincent) v. Cree7«iy (Mr Hoban), claim £500 damages for breach of promise. i (Before hirs Honor alone.) Heath (Mr Bates) v. Sunckell (Mr Stringer), claim £167 Is 6n. Balian (Mr Hill) v. Gourlay, claim possession and £20 damn.Tcs. Jamieson and others (Mr Harper) v. White and others (Mr Lousrhnan and Mr Seattle), for sale and distribution of .land. Reid and Gray (Mr Acland) v. Rolhtt (Mr Maude), claim £496 19s 9d, money due.
Holdsworth (Mr Ritchie) v. England and others (Mr Fuller), claim £100 damages and injunotion. Dermondy and another (Mr White and Mr Alpers) v. "Raphael and another (Mr Russell), claim £184 16s 9d, breach surrender valuo of insurance policy.
Chapman and others (Mr Beswick) v. Beath and another (Mr Fuller), claim £487 10s, rent and damages. , Peat (Mr Leathern) v. Curlett (Mr Dougall), claim to set aside deed and recover £173 14s 9d.
Kent and Goodwin (Mr Kippenberger) v. his Majesty the King (the Crown Solicitor), for £400 damages and injunction. IN DIVORCE. Leverett (Mr Malley) v. Leverett and another; Ash (Mr Andrews) v. Ash; Hervey (Mr Harper) v. Hervey ; Hill (Mr Leathern) v. Hill and another; Brown (Mr Leathern) v. Brown ; Large (Mr Hill) v. Large and another (Mr Leathern), for dissolution of marriage.
