ELEVEN PERSONS KILLED. United Press Association— By Electric* Telegraph— Copyright. (Received July 5, 8.15 a.m.) NEW YORK, July 4. A miscreant released a car on. a mountain tramway between the mining towns of Puritan and Portage, in Pennsylvania. Eleven pedestrians were killed along the track.
