NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS. 4 Advertisers are reminded that the Saturday Editions of the " Star " command a very WIDE CIRCULATION, reaching all classes, and that Orders, for Advertisements should Teach the Office not later than Two O'clock. As the Counting-house closes at Three o'clock* on Saturday afternoons, advertisement will be received after that hour in the Publishing, Room below, or by the Printer^in the Composing Room on the third storey.
