* THIRTEEN PERSONS KILLED. United Preai A»»ocia.iion— By Electric . Tolegraph — Oopyrighi \ (Received June 23, 8.40 a.m.) NEW YORK, June 22. The Chicago-New York express, travelling at a speed of seventy miles an hour, struck an Owen switch at Mentor, and was derailed. Thirteen persons were killed and twenty injured. The wreckage of the train caught fire, hut the passengers wero extricated.
