CELEBRATIONS IN THE COMMONWEALTH.
(Received May 25, 10.37 a.m.) SYDNEY, May 25. The Empire Day Demonstration included a combined schools gathering of three "thousand children at Victoria Barracks. ' Mr Reid at Tamworth delivered a glowing Empire Day oration to 800 children, concluding with a eulogy of the King. MELBOTJRNEj May 2 5. The Federal Government, has received a cable with the Empire greetings from Lord Meath. The Government has replied that 4 the Commonwealth cordially reciprocates the Empire greetings. '
