Drunkenness. — A first offender was fined ss, in default twenty-four hours' imprisonment.—Kate Moore, who was convicted on a charge of drunkenness on the previous day, again appeared, and pleaded guilty t-o a similar charge. She was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence when called, on condition that she should stay in the Samaritan Home for three months. Bbeach ok Prohibition Okder.^— Charles Hodges pleaded guilty to a charge of having entered the Gladstone Hotel during the currency of a prohibition order against him. He was fined 40s, with an alternative of fourteen days' imprisonment.
