A manufacturer of cocoa, Smith, has put up in a tramcar an advertisement, plate, on which appears in large, glittering letters. " Smith's- cocoa is the best." Some time after'he finds placed immediately underneath his plate another, with the words, "If Brown's cocoa is not to be had." Must Smith submit to this?—" The Periodical," Oxford.
