The railway revenue for the quarter shows an increase of £70,000 over the last corresponding quarter. INDUSTRIAL STATISTICS. The Government statist's report on the manufacturing interests of New South Wales shows' that fifty-one new establish- j raents were opened during the year, but the average number of hands employed was 43,794, compared with 43,836 last year. The wages paid amounted to £4,843,000, compared with £5,081,000 the year before.
