Lieutenant Buelow reports that the xeliei forces sent from Windhoek, with- machineguns, have been repulsed and -eight- killed. Seventy who -were gent by train, to establish ' communication with the base, had a severe engagement, and sustained seven casualties. Twenty-five Herreros were killed.
