The "Times" says that there is some demand for speculative insurances against the risk of the declaration of war within a month. Forty guineas per cent was paid this morning on a riskj with a- condition that the underwriters pay the total loss if war breaks out within a onion th, and thirty guineas was accepted during the afternoon.
