I A local company has purchased 205,000 acres in the Gloucester district from the Australian Agricultural Company, at 12s 6d per acre. It is intended to subdivide a portion into agricultural, dairying and grazing farms for sale. The whole of the other portion will be improved, and the property, is valued, when properly subdivided, at £282,000. _________
