RAILWAY ARRANGEMENTS.

The Railway Council, appointed to advise Mr Brodrick in the movement of troops
by rail in the event of mobilisation, has been reconstructed. It assigns members to the special districts according to Army Corps' requirements. The new Council includes the Assistant Director of the Naval Intelligence Department for Mobilisation, the Director of Navy Contracts and representatives of other branches.
