ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
* [Peb Press Association.] WELLINGTON, April 24. Captain Hurst, of tl/e barque Castle Holme, who. is suffering from pneumonia and shock, the result of the boat capsizing in the harbour on Monday, is still in the Hospital, and the vessel will be taken to London by Mr Dix, chief officer of the ship Invercargill. A girl, two years old, named Nolan, died to-day from shock. Her clothing ignited through coining into contact with the -\vashhousa fire, and she was terribly burned about the body before the flames could be extinguished. GREYMOUTH, April 24. A young man named Edward Geoghegan, aged nineteen years, was droAvrit'd off the Dobson Dredge eavfy this morning. Th& body has not yet been recovered.
