Mr Ritchie, Chancellor of the Exchequer, has submitted to the House of Commons a return showing that, after getting £k& local expenditure balance, England's revenu* available for Imperial expenditure i» £87,619,000, Scotland's £10,996,0001 and Ir&land's £2,570,000.
