ATTEMPT TO KILL 'AN OFFICER

CONSTANTINOPLE, April 22.
A redif battalion, at Ganina, tried to kill an officer for boxing a soldier's ears, and was only pacified on condition that the officer should be punished.
( AN INCRIMINATING TELEGRAM. (Received April 23, 9.17 a.m.) LONDON, April 22. The German newspapers publish a telegram sent by the Sultan's Albanian bodyguard suggesting the murder of Mr Stcheir bina, the Russian Consul at CMitrovitza, who was recently tilled by tho Albanians.
