ST PETERSBURG, April 14.
The "Novo. Vremva" state_ that the
German promoters have retained only 20 per cent of the Bagdad, railway capital. They induced French capitalist- to take 40 per cent, and vaiinly aipplied to the Russians and Amer-cans to furnish the remainder, and then applied to England.
