Another clause punishes as a misdemeanour strikes by railway workers. The whole Bill was- aigreed to by 81 votes to 14. The C-amber authorised the formation of a military brigade of workers for the railway* during strikes and an inquiry into the position of tbe personnel of tihe railway.
