■Mr W. R. Blair, <rf Wellington, is in Christchurch. t Mr H. 1 (1 . Wigram south, by the express train to-day, and will bp away for the Easter holidays. Messrs P. Mason and F. W. East left for the south, by the express train this morning. Mr George Talbot, Mayor of Richmond, has been elected president of the Nelson Agricultural Association for the year, unopposed. • ■ ~~ ' Colonel Bell arrived from the morth^ by the s.s. Moeraki this morning. Captain Sutherland arrived from Wellington by the s.s. Rotomahana this morning. Captain Willis arrived from Dunedin by tho s.s. Mokoia this morning. The three steamers which arrived at Lyttelton this morning brought, among them, 300 passengers to the part. Mr W. Saunders, of the Tourist Department, arrived in Christchurch to-day.
