I DEPUTATION TO 'THE'jEON C. H. Ha deputation, consisting of Captain and Lieutenants Batchelo? and Hiishop, waited upon the Hon C. H. Mills Hi Warners Hotel this morning, to urge Sergeant San;dford, of the G'bristchurch/ H^ity v Guards, should be included in the H?ew Zealand Bisley neam. The deputation Hros introduced by Mr T, H. Davey, who stated that h? was in symH»thy with the Teqaifcst to be made.'' The Minister replied that there had apHwrently been an oversight somewhere. In Hyellingtbn, Sergeant Sandford had been at time expected to top the list.
