[FhOM OVV. ConRKSPONBENT.J GHEYai-OUTH, Jan. 15. Tho BUckwaier dredge i-3 nearly finished. It will be working in a few weeks. Tho Boatman's Dredging Company is making good progress. Tho Moonlight pontoons are completed and a good deal of machinery is on the ground. Tho machinery of the Grey Consolidated Company's dredge is being taken to pieces fcr ro-eirection elsewhere. The Keel Jacks dredge is. s'lill submerged. Fivo separate attempts 'to refloat it -have failed vhfoug'h successive floods, but the present iino weather will enable it to be floated shortly. AH the machinery of the Perry's 'Reward dredge Iras boen> delivered «t tho Montezuma claim. Tha Hokiiika River dredge machinery is now ready for whipmenfc. The Ter?niakau~dredge'3 pontoons have been ■wrecked through t'lio carrying away of t.ho Teremakau Traffic Bridge. The pontcorus cost over £2000. TJia Woodstock dredge- has not yet resumed operations. Tbs Koh-i-noor is now working well, after l-h-o recent stoppage. A good waslu-up is oxpocted.
