The final heat- of the Austral Wheel Race will be decided on Jan. 10. «. The German cyclists, Robl and Dickent-ma-n, world's champions behind pacers, have arrived. They have brought their own motors and expert attendants. Robl has a splendid record, being unbeaten this year. He holds the best time for ten kilpmetres — 7min 56sec. Ddckentmaii has only been beaten by Robl.
