The police visited ,the shop, and- found the body of Pichitsas' s wife with its throat cut, and the. body of a child with its head battered in. There were indications that a fearful struggle had taken place. The brother was discovered hiding in a creek with a blood-stained knife and a' revolver in his possession. He was arrested.
