» A CONSTABLE SHOT. ' United Press Association— By Electrio Telegraph — Copyright. (Received Dec. 22, 9.24 a.m.) ADELAIDE, Dec. 22. Lately much counterfeit coin has been circulated in the city. Constable Murphy, while assisting to arrest three men suspected of circulating the, coin, w'as shot; in the breast. The bullet glanced! off a bone and the wound is not serious. The men were tracked to an empty* house and surprised. When they were arrested! all were armed. A complete coining plant was seized 1 . •
