She will land her troops at the Quarantine Station this morning. Four additional cases of sickness are reported 4 since leaving Melbourne. The medical officer, has supplied the Federal authorities with aNscathing report on the voyage. He declares that had the sick men been landed at Albany no deaths would have^occurred. PERTH, August 11. The Commandant states that owing to the boisterous wet weather rendering it dangerous to land sick men, and the absence of nurses and doctors from the quarantine station, he suggested to the medical officer of the Drayton Grange that he should land healthy men, and make more room for the sick.
