♦ AN AMERICAN CRAZE. On© highly satisfactory result of Prince Henry's recent visit to Americas the enthusiasm for "Prince Henry hat-bands," which are being sent by unnumbered: millions from Germany across the Atlantic The districts in Germany which depend for the daily bread of nearly all the inhabitants on the hat-bands and similar articles manufactured there, have suffered very severely during the last year and longer from the slackness of trade and this sudden demand for "Prince Henry hatbands " has been an enormouß boon to many thousand 1 humble and hard-working families. In consequence of this demand nearly every show-window in America blossomed, out during the Prince's visit into some sort of "Prince Henry " article. There .prere cravats, collars, cuffs, handkerchiefs, canes, hats, pens, medals, coins, etc., and we are told the craze still continues. Both in Germany and the United States, therefore, a very practical outcome of the Prince's visit, and one that is not likely to lead to any " complications^' can be chronicled.
