IN CHAMBERS.
Friday, May 30. (Before his Honor Mr Justice Denniston.) His Honor Mr Justice Denniston held a sitting in Chambers this morning. Administration was granted in the estate of William John Ralph, deceased (Mr Beswick), and probate in the estate of William Birdling, deceased (Mr Bishop). A petition by Mr Meares for the appointment of a guardian in Robertson and another v. Robertson and another was granted. Mr Bates moved for » motion to pay out money in the case Livingstone v. Dr Elmslie. Mr Beswick, on behalf of Livingstone, opposed the motion, and his Honor refused to make the order at present. Costs were granted in regard to the interpleader summons, Mrs Livingstone £10 10s and Dr Elmslie £3 3s, to be paid by the defendant. With the consent of the parties, bis Honor joined Mrs Livingston* a- 8 a defendant in the interpleader summons.
