ALLEGED FALSE PRETENCES.
■» [Per Press Association.] • AUCKLAND, May 30. In the Police Court John Frere, alias John Norman Jones, was charged with obtaining £260 from the Union Bank by representing falsely that he was the John N. Jones named in a certain letter of credat. Accused was remanded for one week.
