COMPENSATION FOR ACCIDENTS. [Per Press Association.] AUCKLAND, May 29. An application under, the Workers' Compensation Act against the Union Steamship Company ljns been filed by Jane De Lord Gallot, of Auckland, the representative of William George Gallot (otherwise Munro), a tally clerk. in the employ of the company, who was injured on the Hobson Street wharf in July through a stack of oats falling on him, from the results of which he died on Nov. 28.
