M. De Blowitz, the Paris correspondent of the ' " Times," says that an opinion is gaining ground from Dr Van Kuypsr's note that the Dutch Government' would be glad to rid Holland of the Boer delegates, whose agitation is disquietehing.
General Botha degraded Commandant Tobias Smuts for burning Bremersdorp. Smuts retortecTthat Commandant Christian Botha, who had similarly offended, went unpunished, and that, moreover, General Louis Botha had ordered Boer women to be driven into the concentration camps against their will.
