A rule nisi for prohibition has been granted the agents of the Prinz Regent Luitpold in connection with the Customs seal-beaking case. The grounds of the information disclosed no offence, and that by the express' wording of the Commonwealth Act the defendants were exempt from the operations of the Act- and from the operations of any laws passed by ithe Commonwealth. Th© hearing has been fixed for Feb. 10.
