THE 'SOUTH AUSTRALIAN" RACING DISPUTE. United Press Association— By Electric I Telegraph— Copyright. (Received Jan. 4, 9.51 a.m.) ADELAIDE, Jan. 4. The basis of the racing dispute settlement is that the South Australian Jockey Club has conceded two additional race day3 a year within the metropolitan area and Ihe New Year's Day fixture has been abandoned.

The total sum paid away was £8900.
