WEATHER FORECAST.

The following weather forecast was telegraphed from Wellington, to-day: — A gale from, between, the north-east and north-west coon at aJ'I places north of Thames and Manukau, and after from ten; "to twenty hour* in all other part* of the North Island; a. gale after from, twelve "to twenty houia, and from between 'the north-east sund south-east at places in the South Island north of Hokitika and liytteMort, and strong easterly winds thence southward. .The barometer will fail everywhere. Synopsis of the last twenty-four hours: — There has been very little change of pressure everywhere, but it haa decreased a little in Southern Otago. The pressure ia low in the Taaman. Sea and is travelling io the south-east. A Tow pressure from the west ia due at the meridian of South Cape on Monday.
