♦ Messrs Matson. and Co. report having gold, on account o? Mr Hills, his farm of about 8 a«res on the Harewood -Read, to Mr R. W. Granthain, at a satisfactory figure, and also that Mr Alex. Iroine's farm 4>f 205 acres at Southbridge was passed in at auction at £20 per acre.
