Ibex was absent from tliei trajekj and is reported to bo amiss. •. Betting : Ca.ulfield Cup— 7 to 2 agsfc Wakeful, 6 to 1 Hyruettus. Grasspan has been strongly supported down to 7 to 1. Cretonne has been backed for £2000 at 20 to 1. Bonnie Chiel and Juggler are -a* 11 to 1 each, and < Caledonia 13 at 20 to 1. The others are unaltered.
