The Secreiavy of the Reeves' x roprietary Company has received advice from the company's manager, Boatman's Creek, that a ilood in the creek had brought down a large quantity of shingle on to the claim, and the dredge had been operating upon it since. A _;art had only been made to-day upon ihe solid working, and consequently th-ere had been no wash-up this week. The dredge was working splendidly.
