Messrs F. W. Marchant and F. Casselburg arrived from Wellington this meaning' Archdeacon Harper and Messrs F. W. Petre, J. J. Dougall, and: L. C. Carroll states that it is his intention tb go to England for the King's Coronation next year. Mrs Carroll will accom* pany him. ■'The Yen Archdeacon. Lingard returned by the s.s. Tarawera this morning from his holiday in the North Island. Captain Willis, was a passenger, from Wellington by the s.s. Tarawera to-day. . Mt- J. Daniel, superintendent of. the Union Company's shore staff, who has been on the sick list, has resumed duty.
