MELBOURNE, May 1
Mr Seddon has communicated with the 'Premier 'his regret at not being able to ba present at the opening of Parliament. ADELAIDE, May 1.
Sir Josrafo Symons, who was recently knighted, will; by order, of the King, be invested with the honour at Melbourne by the Duke of York. This is the first personal investiture in Australia.
