The larger proportion of the' more important stands in the exhibition- are begining !to show a ■satisfactory wppearaawie, and considerable energy is being shown in the entteavour to have them ready for the opening, but there are still a few of the smaller exhibitors who have mot put in an appearance. The Space Committee has, in several instances, forfeited the stands of persons who have nob claimed their spaces, *nd these have all been re-let.
