Simpson's furniture warehouse, an*d two other buildings, in Norl^b Melbourne, have been destroyed by fire. The damage is estimated at £6000. RESTRICTION OF FRUIT IMPORTS. SYDNEY, Feb. 27. The Minister of Agriculture, is communicating with the New Zealand Government to ascertain if grapes cannot be admitted into New Zealand under proper precautions.
