* [Peb Press Association.] j WELLINGTON, Nov. 20. The balance-sheet of the New Zealand Rowing Association shows a credit of £5 18s, and an excess of assets over liabilities of £6 ss. The annual report states that there are three claimants for the Championship Regatta, Picton, Wanganui and Horowhenua Lake. The last-named locality has been reported on favourably.
