LYTTELTON. Thursday, Sept. 21. (Before Mr A: Chalmers, J.P.) Drunkenness. — A first offender was fined 5s and costs. Disobeying Orders. — Timothy Shee was chargptf' with rrfiuing to obey the lawful oj.pm.-.iitis of his officers on board the Ruahine. He was convicted and ordered to forfeit two days' wages.
