The officials at Weirtminster have been warned of the. possibility of Parliament sitting in the middle of October. : CAPETOWN, Sept. 20. Sir Alfred Milner has addressed inquiries to President Steyn respecting the attitude the Orange Free State intends to assume with regard to 'the Transvaal.
