Beaurepaire's dossier, which the Rennes court martial refused to receive. M. Beaurepaire alleges that thirty-one anonymous witnesses are ready to prove that the object bf the trial was not to establish the innocence of Dreyfus, but to obtain a victory for the Jewish sect. The evidence is largely hearsay, and revives the allegations of the prisoner's dissoluteness and extravagance. LONDON, July 31. The Paris correspondent of the " Times " J declares that M. Beaurepaire's charges are incoherent and outrageously improbable, and that they have been greeted with ridicule.
