[From Our Correspondent.] WELLINGTON, June 16. The new system, of inspection in connection with the public schools of the colony is at present, I understand, only in embryo, and in any case cannot be brought into operation for some time. The Premier left for- Wood ville this morning to deliver a political address in response to a. requisition by the Mayor and citizens.
