' A large meeting of Wesleyan Methodists 1 whs held last- evening in the Pitt Street ' Church in connection with the century commemoration movement. Much enthusiasm was displayed, and numerous promises of large amounts were made. Before the meeting closed, it was announced that £1920 had been promised or subscribe.
